Canopy

i hate adobe. like a lot. like make my own animation program using janky tools in python during my free time out of spite a lot. this is that program. here's some things canopy can do that adobe animate can't:

• making certain edits on multiple frames simultaneously
• looping onionskin
• pressing "next frame" on last frame and having it loop to the beginning
• simple tweening without having to make symbols
  
• importing audio without it ruining the audio quality after export
• the colours being the same in the program and after export
• exporting as gifs and mp4s without having to deal with adobe's horrible exporting systems
  
• actual functioning autosave
  
• accessing your files completely free of charge
• not giving money to adobe

here's a list of all the hotkeys in the program. you can access this at any time by pressing "h", or you can have this window in another tab if you want idc

B = Brush
E = Eraser
ctrl-Z = Undo
ctrl-shift-Z = Redo
[ ] = Change Brush Size
P = Set Brush Size
X = Set Brush Colour
shift = Straight Line
M = Change/Toggle Polygon
F = Toggle Fill

space = Play Animation
O = Toggle Onionskin
S = Toggle Smoothing
enter = New Frame
J = Change FPS
U = Play Audio on Frame

del = Clear Frame
ctrl-del = Delete Frame
ctrl-C = Copy Current Frame
ctrl-V = Paste and Overwrite Frame
ctrl-shift-V = Overlay Paste
ctrl-D = Duplicate Current Frame
